Congratulations from Duke Fan Zone to the BAYLOR BEARS for being NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!! This is their FIRST in school history. More info is below.
Baylor is the 2021 National Champion. After beating the Gonzaga Bulldogs, who had a record of 31-0, their run in the NCAA Tournament became complete. They started by playing the Hartford Hawks. It was sorta close at the start, but Baylor won by 24 points. In the Round of 32, Baylor played the Wisconsin Badgers, who they beat 76-63. In the Sweet 16, Baylor beat Villanova by 11. In the Elite 8, the Bears played the Arkansas Razorbacks, where Baylor won by 9. Trust me- Arkansas had a chance to take the lead in the 2nd half many times, but they were not clutch and lost the game. In the Final Four, they played Houston. Baylor won 78-59. DOMINATION. And finally, in the National Championship, Baylor beat Gonzaga by 16.
